Thank you for posting this, Sammy. I know there'll be lots of barbecues and other parties out there, but you have captured the true meaning for this holiday.
I'm very thankful that none of my family was ever killed during wartime, even though many have served. I do know people who lost loved ones in one war or another, and it's haunting for them, the rest of their lives.
Freedom is not free and may come at a high cost but is the way of our great land. To all who serve or have served and their families Thank You Timmy Miss Fitz

It's true.........freedom comes at a very heavy cost....we must remember that.
