NOMS Day at the TCC

Hi evfurry..we are very happy to purrticipate in the NOMS day here at the TCC..a day for those..Not of our species! http://thecatrealm.blogspot.com.au/is started this day in the bloggie world in 2007..we waz not even blogging then!! MOL so thankyou to them for this fab idea to celebrate our diffurencez
   



Here at http://ourpawpad.wordpress.com  we embrace all species..we all believe that evfurry is really just a cat in a different clothes MOL ....we love all creaturez here an we live with both Domesticz NOMS an Wild Nomz...we all livez in harmony an believe we ALL have a place on planet Earthz...let me ...Dinnermintz..introducez you to our NOMS...
First we haz our poochie brofurz....
This is Doc..he iz a fox terrierz..he iz 12 this year an lovez ice fishin MOL ....
This iz Forrest he is a Labrador x staffy he is 11 on Wednesday! happy birthday Forrest..he thinkz he iz a cat coz he sleepz in my bed...MOL


Thiz iz me this morning..an you see what I am watching..NOMS...out there....
 In our yard....Kangaroos! they share our land an are species Macropod...we are happy they graze an live here az mum sayz they waz here first and we must respect themz...long as they don't get my nip!! These roos were cold this mornin MOL..
Thiz iz Jock....he iz a sheepiez..he waz cold too MOL ...
This iz species called ovines..here I am giving Jock a head butters..felix iz behin him an Oscar is near the fence..they are 8 yearz old an Jock iz a Suffolk sheepies an the other boyz are part Merino an Corriedale..they do not scare me juzt because they are NOMS..an they are not scared of me!

This iz species Echidna..his name iz Eddie an he visitz us evfurry summer to meet wiff hiz girlfriend Edwina..he iz species Monotreme..which Australia haz both Monotremez as natives the other onez is the platypus....monotremes are egg layin mammals..isn't that amazing...

Thiz is me an Edwina..i iz not scared of her..mum sayz her pricklez would hurt..mum should know..MOL..mum always snoopervises when I watch the NOMS an I have never ever tried to hurt them..Edwina gruntz when I am close by an buries herself in the ground..you cannot get her out! she iz furry strong....MOL..


Calmz down kitties this iz red-rumped parrot..yes you ALL know species avian..we can watch bird tv..but we are NOT allowed to play chef wiff them...they are most delicious  beautiful..we  watch them an admires there beauty..(do you fink mum believes me MOL MOL ) we haz 50 different speciez of these NOMS including Wedge-tail eagles an mum tellz me to run when they are overheadz..summin bout me being pluxurious an tasty...a cat eatin bird??? what next mum...

 
 

Now I knowz some peepz iz gunna freak but we do share these NOMS on our land..they are deadly Eastern Brown snakes...but they have their place here too mum sayz..(long as they don't bite Forrest again cos that waz a deal breaker mum said) they are species Reptile or Pseudonaja textilis ..he is the second most deadly land snakes in the world.. here he iz on OUR path next to OUR verandah..an where waz mum...takin picshures!!
They are a aggressive snakez if threatened but will prefer to go awayz than fight...tell Forrest that!
Mum sayz they eat ratz an mice an if we did OUR job then the snakez would haz no food!!
We know these frighten peeps but we share our world with ALL NOMS an cannot pick an choose coz we are scared sayz mum...
So we also share our world wiff  two other kitties Cleo a panfur and Marbles a blue cream tortie.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
But they of course are the same species as us FELINE...one of the most wonderful species in the world!

Well I do think that you guys Down Under have more different kinds of NOMS visitors and family and friends than ANYONE else! I'm on board with all of them except for that icky poisonous snake. If anyone can truly celebrate the joys of NOMS Day, it's you!

You guys Down Under have moore different kinds of NOMS visitors and family and friends than ANYONE else of us in TCC !

My mom-person would have snapped pictures on that Eastern Brown snake too for sure :)
