Once I got into my room it was time to unpack and get ready for the festivities . . .

I must say I had a great time riding in the big parade. I saw many friends in the crowd as my float went down the street.
After the parade I met up with my niece, Anya, and we shared stories of our wonderful time in New Orleans. Hope you had a fun time too.
