Goodness Gracie

Try as I might I cannot get the mom to work for me as much as I would like so I decided that I would take matters into my own paws and work for myself. The mom was teaching me the keyboard but the trouble is the paws! They have  a problem with  hitting one key at a time. I knew I would have to come up with another idea so I decided to give it a try with the tail. Well I must say that didn't work out either as the mom pointed out the me that the tail has a mind of it's own. It just does what it wants to to with no matter to the rest of me. I guess I will have to give up and be at her mercy until I can think of something else to do.

Sorry I am late in posting but better late than never. Funny thing is mom had this ready to go but the blogger monster came in and put it back into a draft. Oh what to do?!

Tuesday Tails - Kizzie

You can see from these two photos, a year apart, how my tail has changed as I have grown up.  It used to be short and thin, without much fur on it, but now the fur has thickened up and my tail has grown big and fluffy – a proper cat tail.

Grace is very prim!

Most of the time, Grace is very prim and proper - keeping her tail tucked under while she sleeps or watches her boys. Here she is, taking her nap by the back door in the afternoon sun.

See how she controls everything, curling up in a nice, compact little bundle!

Once in a while, she isn't so cautious ... as in this photo when she was on the lookout for the neighbor's tomcat who has the same coloring as Grace's! She likes to let him know whose house this is ... and he'd better go away!

Tuesday Tabby Tails With Cosmo and Ling

We are tabby cats with "kinked tails" which is something that is fairly common among the domestic cats in Malaysia. Don't worry, we weren't tortured in anyway. Just something about our genes that caused the "kink".

Our tails don't hurt although sometimes they do get "caught" in things like strings and cords while we play.  What do you think of our tails?

Cosmo : Mommy says my tail looks like a question mark from the front

Ling : I carry my tail proudly, even if it's just 4 inches long and bunches up at the top
