Happy 4th of July Everyone!
I heard my Mom and Dad talking about how they will celebrate the 4th - since we are probably having a rainy day it should be fairly quiet in the fireworks noise department but they plan to have a cookout with just the two of them. Probably it will be a "cook-in" instead of "out" because who wants to sit at a picnic table in the rain?
Just think - the country is celebrating its' birthday. So what do you get as a gift for a country having a birthday? I think the best gift would be LOYALTY.......and even though sometimes it's a little bit rough around the edges, the good old US of A is the best place to live. I'm glad to be an American kitty. So let me just say:
Happy Birthday America........There's no place like HOME!

Happy 4th, Teddy! We wish it were raining here to keep things more on the quiet side, but our rain came last weekend. Still, that's better than being hot and dry! Have a good, safe day and we will too!
